    welcome aboard Columbia.I'm in for the long haul and feel comfortable with the prospects going forward and can see the co. growing further at Ist opportunity presented ,that meets the expansion criteria.It's a shame good staff is at a premium as that makes new ventures all that much harder to put together. Cheers.
