correct, but the amount of shares we own will be either a 4th or 5th of what they are now- this will get pumped to 5c hopefully and a 4:1 consolidation will take place to get it to 20c...or once it hits 4c, they will do a 5:1.. so if you have 1m shares, after consolidation you will only have 250 000 shares or 200 000 depending on the consolidation..
