My reason for ringing was because I have a small holding myself and am concerned with the Company consistently failing to meet there own time frames.

I had thought with the change of Directors we could expect something by the end of July (as was tagged at the end of the Appointment of Directors announcement). Unfortunately this was not to be. The last quarterly made things even worse because they removed any time frame altogether. Not very professional imo considering their first time frame for the Witbank acquisition was march.

If Mr Boyd is not true to his word and we do not see this "EMINENT" announcement to clarify the current situation then I will be bailing myself. Transparency does not seem to be a priorty here unfortunately!!
