Ok so the final word on this is that a new round of appeal cases begins in October. It is likely (but not mandatory) that an appeal decision by the judges will be finalized by then. I appreciate the responses to my question but I do have one more....How long exactly did it take the original Judge (Brown) to finalize the decision on the original case? I have heard ten weeks but I am not sure if this is correct. Just trying to be more informed and adjust my expectations.. This process has taken longer than expected and I am waiting it out but having to move some money around and change some plans (as I'm sure many others have as well).
