I guess everyone has received their apologies from Armstrong...

I guess everyone has received their apologies from Armstrong with regards to incorrect email/postal address debacle.

I wrote asking Armstrong why and how did this happen, and who was it that had passed on these incorrect addresses.

Below is the reply that I received today:

"Unfortunately the database from which the class action list is taken from was produced from the registration forms not our database.  This was an administration error that has now been fixed.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There never seems to be a name signed to the email!!!
