Hi everyone I have just received an email from Armstrong Registry with an explanation as to why I haven't received my second letter.

"Yes all letters were mailed in different batches last week so they will be arriving at different times. Kind regards Armstrong-Registry-Services"

Why would you mail the letters out in different batches to the same address, and if they were mailed out last week surely it would have arrived by now, or am I expecting too much!!
