    I have asked Armstrong Registry Services why would you mail them out in different batches, wouldn't it be cheaper to mail them together. Below is the reply from Armstrong.

    "Due to the high volume of forms that were posted they were posted in different batches. Kind regards Armstrong-Registry-Services"
