FMS has issued over 1.8 billion ordinary shares.

CLR has only 158 million ordinary shares.

FMS is into iron ore. CLR is coal (thermal and coking).

Each company has its own uniqueness and problems. But CLR's takeover offer price is still a low ball offer.

Even if CLR issued more shares via a rights issue and doubled the number of issued shares to say 330 million shares, its share price should be in the vicinity of $0.65 - $0.74 per share. And the chinese knows this !
