re: asic first then takeover panel there are many types of funding for exploration companies to develop mines. yes rights issue is one type of funding but it is not the only type.

making assertions that the previous board of directors will misuse any rights issue fund to ".....fund their lifesytle" is not only misleading but deceptive.

CLR is a listed company and there are rules and regulations relating to how funds from a rights issue can be used. there are also other oversights like the accounts are audited yearly.

$71m for a $10 billion asset is WRONG !
