I sent in my complaint to ASIC, and I urge other shareholders to do the same. If we want to save our company and our investment, ASIC must investigate Pursell and the illegal deal before the EGM.

Issues which should be highlighted in the complaint are:

Pursell made an immoral and illegal deal with NAE to obtain 200 million votes to reverse the current trend against him,


Pursell sold to NAE 200 million shares @$0.004 at a discount of 20% with an instant gain of $200,000 for NAE,

Pursell using our company funds bought 6 million NAE shares @ $0.13, paying an 85% premium to current NAE price of $0.07, with an immediate loss of $360,000 to Jervois shareholders,

The placement of 269,630,000 is also extremely doubtful and should be checked to make sure it is not a "friendly" issue to family and friends,

Ask ASIC to check the vote tally on the Computershare Proxywatch before the illegal issue of shares, and to monitor the voting pattern,

ASIC is requested to take action before EGM on2/4/09,

Suspend the immoral and illegal deal with NAE until a full investigation is completed.
