Regardless of who manages Jervois, the R&D data that has been going on for the past ten years belongs to us, the shareholders, as we have been paying for it.
As you say, Jervois "have encountered a hill which might not be as steep as some people think". If you are correct, again, this hill belongs to us the shareholders, and by replacing Mr.Pursell with Mr.Seckold, this hill will become less steeper, due to Mr.Seckold's greater managerial skills and ability. I assure you that Mr.Seckold does not need to be a metalurgist to ensure the Young project comes to fruition, as with his experience in the resources sector he will be able to appoint the appropriate personnel.
