re: ask richard campbell Just for the record Richard Campbell did not sell any shares in the weeks leading up to the proposed signing of the agreement as:
a)it would have been improper or at least may have appeared so
b)like everyone else he was expecting a deal of some sort to materialise.

The confusion arose inside Jervois as I reported holding 750,000 shares when the registry recorded 350,000. Jervois staff assumed the discrepancy meant unreported sales.

However, I reported 750,000 as my wife holds shares in her maiden name. This was of course the proper thing to do as directors must declare all shares held by themselves and their associates. Needless to say we still hold these shares as do a number of relatives.
