After and before this article was published did Tricky:

1/ Not trade any shares as he was privy to sensitive company information and Double Link were involved with negotiations. Tricky is a principal in Double Link.
2/ Buy shares without approval from the JRV Board.
3/ Buy shares with approval from the JRV Board.
4/ Sell shares without approval from the JRV Board.
5/ Sell shares with approval from the JRV Board.

Number 1 has been ruled out. Correct me if I am wrong Tricky.

Statsman I going to take what you said onboard. With a nic like that I figure you know more than me about the share market and all the rules and regulations involved. I will therefore take a cavalier attitude to share trading and do what I like and you can all MYOB. Gordon Gekko is the Messiah.

Using this logic and attitude I am ruling out Number 3. Tricky did NOT buy shares with approval from the JRV Board.
