    Please explain how you obtained $15 mil as a merger price.
    Current ordinary shares on issue Cbio 239,144,963 @ current share price of .063 = $15,066,132(total Cbio Capital)

    Shares to Inverseon for merger 143,486,978 @ current share price of .063 = $9,039,679

    Do you not think what they are developing is going to be worth more than $9 mill plus funding grants from the US?
