Lynas creditors have a need that potentially conflicts from the companys solvency or profitability, namely its ability to supply REE's independent of the chinese value added chain.
This is a dangerous proposition from the position of an equity holder: shares to be avoided.
Indecipherable Statements such as above are what needs to be avoided...
