LoL, well of course that's how the company would like it to be used. It's not how it was approved for use by the FDA and the expert NICE review committee in the UK also rejected the suggestion that it be used without meshed grafts. In the reports I saw of it being used on its own for full thickness burns it ultimately failed and had to be replaced with skin grafting.
