Gamble on a few figures. Guess the total of shares they may want on issue after the raising. Subtract the existing shares to work out how many new ones will be issued. Divide this figure into $10m to come up with a price per share. ? x 80% = s/p

1,000,000,000 - 616,000,000 = 384,000,000

$10m divided by 384,000,000 = .026

.032 x 80% = .026

The placement for 80m shares was ay .027.

1 billion consolidated at 10/1 leaves you with 100m on issue.

2c seems a bit low as they would have to issue 500m to total 1,116,000,000 which is getting ridiculously high.

Must have sales coming to coerce the new investors imo.
