Noixz, trust well. I think some who shall remain nameless are being overly and unjustifiably harsh on BML. To me BML certainly have
not 'failed in Africa'...quite the opposite......the BCL situation is not any of BML's doing. BML is not 'in liq'....only BCL is. The fact is the exploration results have been good....why? BML/A-cap picked the right areas. The progress could perhaps have been quicker, especially the assays. The PR sometimes also. None the less, a JORC compliant resource has been achieved, and is probably greater than the 2.38m tonnes stated, as the WP report has still not seen the light of day. BML itself is sound, by most measures, and has many other good anomalous prospects including lead, zinc, gold, and the others.
I feel a little for Dan Mahupela who I see as a victim of circumstances....do not forget he stated (

the Maibele Nickel prospect with an in situ value of P1.9 billion". Old news, but interesting to refresh the memory, especially the fact Maibele value - even back in April - was signicicantly greater than Selkirk.
His comments on nickel prices v. costs, productivity etc. do not show any lack of nous....his other major problem was whenever they spoke of redundancies these were frowned upon....now BCL and Mahupela and the other workers are paying the price.
Of interest too both Ni and Cu at low points overnight: nickel below four and a half again, and copper below 2.1. Not good.
Like you and many others, and unlike some, I have significant (for me) investments in the BML/BCL JV and therefore it is of interest to see how things pan out. No one has as much invested as PV; however I would think the relatively (for me) substantial amount I have invested is likely to be as significant for me as that of PV is for him. Thus I intend to continue to follow the company and comment both negatively and positively where I feel comment is appropriate/indicated. I am considering altering my "sentiment" category from HOLD to BUY, but will see how things develop first, while keeping up my monitoring of the Ni Cu Co prices.
