    Please note my initial warning on 7/4/06. Took longer than I thought for the shyte to hit the fan but SEL need unit owners on side and I hear that they are losing them.

    Regardless of whether or not they are officially charged, if the unit owners do not trust them, then they will continue to lose income streams.
