Just trying to show that polar views exist.
I4P calling for $5/lb.
Zeal looking for another leg up from this consolidation point ~ $3.40/lb based on technicals.(see previous post) Gordon 'Gun' Toll at last years CMR agm called $3 copper (was ridiculed) and this year called for a Cu price of $6.
Jim Rogers reckons another 10 years of this cycle to run. Were the Cu forwards asking +$3 in December of last year ????????? I think not.
Personally im at a loss as to the direction cu will take but id be happy with the 200dma holding or even lt support at 2.30/lb.
All depends if u subscribe to the commodity supercycle theory. Wouldnt be placing much emphasis on investment house valuations, i think many still have poo at $35/ barrel.
Maybe u should get yourself some copper puts but i bet u dont sleep too well. LOL
