many new substantial shareholders I still hold CDR as I am waiting for the stock to be re-rated. The big players dont buy in for nothing! Especially so many of them. It also has a takeover sweet spot as TLS and Singtel would both love CDR as it has the SME market cornered now and this is where TLS's and Singtel's strategy lies! It was rumoured to be taken over twice in past several years, most recently late last year. Brokers have suggested around the $2 mark would make it really tasty for the comms companies to take over! Keep an eye out!
