    Beach has made an offer to Lakes Oil:perhaps the lower price was snatched because they want to concentrate on the Lakes situation.
    This share has beaten me up badly but I'm still smiling:my premise has always been that after stockpiles are depleted,the effect of a severe Northern winter demand will eventually benefit the SP of this well-positioned outfit.
