Nice post.
Unless I'm missing the obvious you have pretty good information surrounding the cape deal.
Would like to know how you arrive at circa 40m.
Is it the company just being valued on plant alone or are they picking up some value from earnings.
I would expect that Cape will attract competing bids too. Any thoughts?
If they ditch Cape, their smoke and mirrors campaign of attracting loads of work evaporates. $100m drops to $60m since suspension, over say 6 months, circa $120m full year which is ordinary.
What i do like is that change is actually happening, for example the company is selling anything not nailed down.
If we are lucky, hopefully some of the board members aren't nailed down too!
