if tls was to join with the other telcos eg Optus and build a network there would be no competition for the infrastructure.
Further there would be no unnecessary reproduction of infrastructure. Uecomm would just throw their fiber network into the group pool with tls investment.
The only competition would be between retailers.
Just wonder though what is tls expected to throw in. Their investment expected of them maybe so much more than the others to be unfair.
If it were unfair and it sounds like it is, tls wouldn't even contemplate joining them.
But then again it might be equal. Apparently a lot of the telcos combined are actually worth more than tls.
