I feel sure the broker is promoting Norton Gold Fields (NGF) and Zambezi Resourses and is suggesting his clients use cash they can get by selling some FLX shares.
Having said that, although I am keeping all my FLX holding, I have bought into his recommendations and am delighted to see NGF jumped 33 % on Monday.
