IN SAME TIME HE GIVES A BAD REPUTATION TO A MANAGEMENT
The results obtaint in products are exellent, the balance sheet is exellent .
I belive the decision of the board to cut out the law case under any conditions was exellent .
I can't confirme but it seems that the management priore to 2005 would have lost another ten years in court but some times you have to cut some wood to save a tree .
The problems of BTA are anterieur to Peter Cook appoinement as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director the 9th December 2005.
For the moment abobo your right is to vote fore your shares and fore me it better stays like this.
