Why a run from 30c? Why not 31c? Just because it's a round even number?
That's a psychological aspect, it has nothing to do with the company ABY.
The terms - resistance, moving average, indicators etc...are all based on participants perception of the price. This is psychological.
What if the company announced the hedging was effective and reported an asset of 70m from these hedges?
What happens then? You can't spot this from any technical indicators.
