    The refurbishments and new stores will more than pay off for them.

    The expansion programme and future prospects are brilliant.

    Debt is not a problem when it is justified in this way.

    I'd sit and forget it - look back in 12 months and you will probably have at least quadrupled your money. That's my feeling anyway.
