Ronraine,
Under section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 which states "Directors of a company must arrange and hold a meeting within 2 months of being requested to do so."
Therefore:
1. Request for EGM lodged on 6 Feb'09
2. Must notify date of EGM by 27 Feb'09
3. EGM must be held by 3 Apr'09.
Look like Pursell is leaving annoucement to the last day.
