I'm surpised to see some buying right now up to 36c .... I've just re-read todays CR announcemnt, and I see it's not as though you can qualify for the SPP if not already a shareholder ... it says "the record date for determining the security holders who may participate in the SPP is the close of business on Friday 29th July 2011".... last friday in other words.
Sometimes you see non holders buy up and push the SP above the SPP price, just to participate, so it will be interesting to see what the SP does over the next few weeks since 'you're either in or you're out' when it comes to eligibility for the SPP, as of today ??
