re: carbon tax winners

I have done some research on Australian Alternative Energy Stocks. If the carbon tax stays and Abbott will probably have trouble trying to remove it, then these stocks may pick up. I have noted several points:
All alternative energy stocks have been on a waterslide in the past year. Does this mean they are undervalued because of GFC and political/govt distraction?
CFU seems an absolute standout in this list due to its commercialisation, innovation, and not so piddling in this company after all.
Most are new with IPOs 21st century.
Should ASX start an AE sector like LSE?
I would be open to suggestions and additions to this list.
