Obviously for me i am happy that this will be put to vote at least. Better than expiring worthless.
The case is not as rare as you (and I) though. Aggie pointed to someting similar and i have been told another company did the same (not LCY)..and obviously LCY did exactly the same thing. When i phone Jason last week to ask what was going on he pointed me to that stock and said they would try and push for something similar with the board.
