This announcement is a positive for CCC and goes along way on repairing the rift between Management and Shareholders.
The strike price is along way from the current sp. But with 3 Mines now online, coal pricing looking more favourable and interested parties trying to buy CCC assets who knows we might eventually get there.
If exercised the $38M will be handy funds for CCC in June 2015. Its up to Management to deliver on milestones/promises...I hold both ordinary and options. I will vote yes....Although I do feel for the holders who sold their parcel, this will feel like a kick in teeth.
Options now up to $0.03...on low volumes...
