re: ccc options That does seem to be the case. No consideration! A gift from shareholders to optionholders who took a risk on buying options and lost money. Happens a lot! Why give them money? I took a nasty hit on some Moy options the other day. (Expired right on the money, at least I was closer to winning!). You guys want to compensate me for that? Surely shareholders wont approve this.
I love the reason, due to weak markets the options haven't worked so we're going to give holders some new options.
It really is extraordinary. Management have to act in shareholders best interests. Option holders are not shareholders. (Although there is probably some overlap). I'm not suggesting that CCC mgt are not acting in the best interest of shareholders here but I am asking how this is good for shareholders?
