    re: ccc options Ah, how does it help shareholders again jr4? I'm not sure you understand. An option is a claim against shareholders to buy their stock at certain price in future. It has a negative value. That is just the way it is. That is why companies charge a fee for issuing options. That fee is the only benefit.
