I think your find I'm pretty up to speed with what is going on.
But non of it matters if Nhulu and his 25% ANC friends wont play ball and stop the AMED loan with NKP already insolvent and not be able re capitalized.
Of course the scrabble to replace this loan with a rights option issue may put it on life support just a bit longer. (which if anyone had any sense would be poorly taken up.)

So what was the up side if the deal went through "if" Nhulu will plays ball. 20c?

BBB's work has been outstanding, and his knowledge to be able to bring the FACTS to this board may have saved a number of people a lot of money.
