Your theory that Pivacs are just pumping this up is a bit ridiculous. They have been working on it for years and have a working prototype. Don't expect an update every time a component is built onto the Hadrian X.
Also, most likely sub contractors will buy a Hadrian X and then smaller building companies will contract to them. How many building companies do you know that have their own Concrete Pumps, Cranes or Cement Trucks? Most don't even own an elevated work platform and just bring it in when required.
