    Looks like a relisting is on the cards. 2nd proposal by Desertfox of which I know nothing about...out with the old board and in with the new, restructuring and recapitalisation of the company, including the settlement of all creditor claims.

    In case you're interested, 1st proposal involves the sale of some assets of the company and its subsidiaries to a third party.

    I'm sure shareholders will vote in favour. Not much choice as I see it.
