re: certified reserves to double We'll put Occarew's latest prediction alongside his firm commitment that Marion would NOT be raising Capital - I think the last time he firmly stated this was two days before they announced the Capital raising.
The "Occ" gets twelve out of ten for his sentiment, but the teacher fails his exam sheet for too many incorrect answers, and has been known to send him to the corner of the room because he won't play nicely with the other kiddies.
