Mal85 has said CGX is a good investment. There are some problems re next years production forecasts by Morningstar. The forecasts for this year are down recently. My valuation is below its current price based on the average EPS for 2011 and 2011. Morningstar got it right a few weeks before the drop on OGC quartely results. The forecast OGC EPS dropped for 2011 and 2012 about three weeks ago. Morningstar forecasts are on the Comsec site and well worth a look every few days on shares owned that have forecasts. My valuation is the average of 2 years forecast EPS multiplied by 10. Spot on now for OGC and showed an overvaluation before the quarterly. The CGX book value is only 79 cents but OGC has a book value of $2.59.
