Let's reason this out!

How many unregistered copies of microsoft windows in China? Can microsoft do anything they are larger then QTK with 100's of millions of dollars in the bank?

When you download a copy of microsoft you have to agree to the licencing terms accordingly a contract is formed but is it enforcable in China?

QTK always maintained that they had a contract but to enforce it is the dilemma that not only QTK faces but also the rest of the commercial world. We can not single QTK out and say they are a joke or the asx, asic etc in this respect.

Remember QTK have been audited a few times since this China announcement and a report produced for investors. Accordingly if a genuine contract was not in existence then the market would have been notified as the auditors have a duty of care and leave themselves open to litigation if they are found neglible in this way.

So for anyone to claim that a contract didn't exist should review these discussion points. The question that still perplexes us is China over?
