so you are saying the whole contract was fabricated? it was all a scam from the very beginning? surely if that was the case that would be a criminal offence and the ASX would have investigated and sent the QTK board to the big house for a long holiday!!!

no, i dont think that is possible. surely not! in this day and age companys are accountable for announcements, they cant announce a childrens bedtime story, attracting large volumes of investors on a rubbish story. i dont believe that, surely there is monitoring to ensure that kind of behaviour does not take place.

none of the qtk board have been charged by the asx or asic for scamming (directly relating to qtk anyhow). i think it is much more realistic that the chinese got upset with MP's reputation being dragged through the mud, took a dislike to him and gave the job to another tender (SMA).

i agree that MP probably grossly exaggerated the potential of the contract however, which in itself should warrant investigation. for a $380 million deal to not deliver 1 cent is truely unbelievable.
