Johny, Just my two bobs worth, I run with S Guru on this, these sort of people ( IMF) look for an opportunity like this then advertise for backers or if you like people to base the case on, they will not likely get an institution but may get a few small disgruntled holders/ex holders, unless they get enough the case may or may not even go ahead. Large holders will not cut their nose to spite their face.
