D.O.C access permits; Probably finalised but there will be no decision until after the outcome of the environmental appeals so as not to influence that process

Environmental appeals; Out come of this process is final with the only subsequent appeals to materialise if a point of law is bought into question

Climate Change appeals; I beleive to be final but stand to be corrected

All of this is for a couple of hundred hectares equating to a 6 year mine life. To go further the process will have to begin again or as has been alluded to by H.B BTU may go down the "Project of National Significance' route. This is not a reality at the moment and as such i have not delved much at all at this stage.

On the buying activity of last year that you were concerned about. Brookedale and the Eastern coal assets are at least in a small way permitted and producing. If it was not for these asetts, that also offer future additional production positives; our cash burn would be 100% for the last and current finacial years. These permitted and producing assetts with some expansion could pay the bills while we are all sitting around being patient.

I am sorry to hear that your entry is significantly higher than these levels, as a micro resource investor I share the pain.

Hopefully the Institutional shorting will ease and we can move forward to reasonable levels while we wait although I feel the two may be mutually exclusive
