If your going to mention that cobalt was underpriced in the last feasibility then you should also mentioned that the nickel price used was very generous and well over the current price at the time.
Fortunately nickel is looking great and has risen substantially as has cobalt.
I don't think they added scandium into the calculations as there is currently no market for this volume currently. Obviously I think this will change, but it might take sometime for the market to expand.
