The situation reminds me a little of Warren Buffett during the GFC, he had the one thing everybody needed, cash. I don't think RF will sell CLQ short, he will wait for until he gets an offer too good to refuse. I have no idea what CLQ will be worth in the next 1-2-3-4-5 years, but I'm convinced it will be a lot more than today.
