Cougar need to stop doing exploration on tenements under LOIs and releasing the results to market.
LOIs arent worth the paper they are written on most times.
Convert the LOIs to DAs/JVs and then start. The current state is very confusing for people.
IMHO there something seriously wrong with the Li tenements based on the amount of delay as USC75 has said many times.
There are known mined areas, mineralisation tends to be zone, significant outcrop exists, significant geopyh methods available for tracking under overburden, and the key minerals even you and I could identify in the field (Amblygonite may need a flame test to be sure)
Trenching will give a better indication of grades than drilling and they should be able to knock out
at least 1000M per month over the key areas (depending on topography)
Visual estimation of volumes extrapolated using the existing grades and maybe some Sodium Peroxide digest. Although that might be mighty expensive if done in bulk.
At this rate we will see another couple of CRs and then probably a consolidation before any meaningful results have come in.
