Disclosure on the ASX is and has pretty much always been woeful.
It will only be cleaned up by mandantory rules, i.e. none of this
"the Co determines to be market sensitive" BS
Release to the market and they will decide if its sensitive or not.
I am not expecting to see virtually anything about the legal aspects until its pretty much done and dusted.
