The JV stipulates that if there is an insolvent party (BCL) that the solvent party (BML) can compulsorily acquire the insolvent parties stake. That would be a positive then they would be able to take 100% control? Surely this would be a positive?
This is my read on it. I would love for someone to clarify, whether this is to confirm or refute my assumption.
