Personally I think the shareholders should get a say, who gets the idea these guys are looking fatre their own interests rather than their shareholders!
I personally think these will fall back a lot if offer doesn't proceed.
Reminds me a lot of the NAB offer for AMP, another I think should have been more closely investigated.
